We LOVE the upfront one time development fee and the fixed annual fee, and since then Michael has been ready and willing and available at short notice at any time to help us with whatever we need, without us having to be thinking all the time how much every little bit of help will cost. And because their web building software was all created in house they know every nook and cranny and don’t have to go out to vendors all the time and wait for replies about why something isn’t working the way it should.
