Shawn Baugher
Executive Assistant, Office Manager
Shawn has a long history working in Social Service positions, helping people with physical and mental issues. He brings strong administrative skills to Ameravant, always with a positive attitude and willingness to tackle any job large or small. Clients love working with Shawn because he is skilled, and always has a smile or funny perspective on the issue at hand. Shawn loves working in multi-media, including photography, drone photography, video photography and graphic design.
Dave Myers
Design & Development
Hi, I’m Dave Myers, a web designer and developer that has been making websites for Ameravant since 2006. I started designing websites two and half decades ago, and I use that experience to create sites that focus on ease-of-use for the end-user and painless administration by the client. While at Ameravant, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including technology companies, mobile consultants, non-profit organizations, and multimedia sites.
Brendan O'Connell
Client Services Manager
Brendan helps manages WordPress backend server and email management, front end design and deployment. Brendan has helped build up Ameravant’s Digital Marketing services, the crux of which is being a certified Google Partner. His expertise includes PPC management, development of SEO and SEM strategies, and data analytics to help clients solve problems and grow their businesses.

Noelle oozes creativity and creative solutions. She got her teeth sharpened at one of the largest law firms in the world, where she was responsible for all communications technology between most major cities in the United States. She has managed a team of people and understands the value of great customer service.
Parker Lilly
Production Assistant
Parker was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. He graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Since then, he’s been working in film production, television, and radio. He started working as a news producer before moving on to a job as a radio DJ. His interests include music, film, and gaming. A recent addition to the Ameravant team, Parker has assisted in video production, live zoom event production, and website building. He has a passion for technology and film and is excited to put those two together to help produce events and projects.
